研究方向：

微生物生态学，海洋环境地球化学。在不同生境下微生物多样性，微生物群落空间分布格局和构建机制方面开展了一系列研究。近期主要关注海洋碳汇，探究大型海藻的微生物降解过程对海洋碳库的影响，以及藻际微生物群落对藻生理代谢和碳汇效应的调控机制。

目前已发表论文17篇，其中第一作者SCI论文7篇。
